I looked online for local Real Estate offices that were close to the Whittier address, read about the sales people, then I contacted 3 different people/companies. I set up appointments on the same day, two hours apart. *I thought I had a connection with the one woman when we spoke on the phone, so I was leaning towards her.
When my sister-in-law Shellie and I met with each of the sales people on the Monday, the woman was just OK. The other man was trying to be too impressive with all of his past awards.
Then there was Patrick, who Shellie and I both agreed was the right one for the job.
Patrick was more down to earth, and he agreed with Shellie and I that the large lot was a good selling point.
We feel that Patrick priced the house well, so I signed the contract while we were having a Garage Sale. We let Patrick put up a sign that said “Coming Soon”, and with only one Open House, Patrick sold our house before the “For Sale” sign could be put up.
Patrick is honest, fair and easy to work with. When any problems arose, or we had questions or concerns, Patrick made sure that those were taken care quickly and accurately. He definitely knows what he’s doing!
I would gladly work with Patrick in the future and I will recommend him to everyone I know.
